  2. #CARD:Burma:Entry Requirements
  3. MYANMAR (formerly Burma) - Passport and visa required.  Single-entry visas,
  4. for stay up to 14 days, requires $16 fee for tourist visa and $30 fee for
  5. business visa, 2 application forms, 3 photos and itinerary.  Tourists visas
  6. are issued for package or group tours as well as Foreign Independent
  7. Travelers (FITs).  FITs holding tourist visas must change a minimum of
  8. $200 (U.S.) upon arrival.  Business visa requires company letter and
  9. invitation from a Myanmarian company; extendable after arrival.  Overland
  10. travel into and out of Myanmar is only permitted at certain points (check
  11. with Embassy).  Enclose prepaid envelope for return of passport by
  12. registered/certified mail.  Allow 2-3 weeks for processing.  Minimum of
  13. $100 must be changed for local currency on arrival.  For further
